The widespread reputation of the leading exhibition of the wine and other autochthonous agrarian Istrian products such as grappa, olive oil, honey, cheese and prosciutto, confirms the gastronomic importance of these products. Three days of the exhibition are fulfilled with various happenings because Vinistra is not just the local products exhibition, but an event implying professional wine tastings, presentations, and topic meetings as well.
In addition to domestic winemakers, the winners from Slovenia and Italy, as well as Hungary, participate in the competition part with success. The jury is made up based on similar world events, so with the professional staff also do those who like to find it near the wine, and consider this drop as essential in their work.
