Mouth of the Neretva river is the best Croatian kiteboarding spot, ideal for all levels of kitesurfers. It’s a picture postcard destination with good winds, epic flat water on the inside and small waves, not bigger than 0,5m out of the bay. Dance of colorful dragons definitely changes the view of the sky above.
